Two too good to pass…
From my friend Kathy, who has, by the way, escaped to California…
Michigan Winter Poem
(dedicated to Emjay…)It’s winter in Michigan,
And the gentle breezes blow
Seventy miles an hour
at twenty-five below.Oh, how I love Michigan
When the snow’s up to your butt.
You take a breath of winter
And your nose gets frozen shut.Yes, the weather here is wonderful,
So I guess I’ll hang around.
I could never leave Michigan
Cuz I’m frozen to the ground! From my friend Diane – my new favorite saying:
MOTTO OF A STRONG WOMAN:LIVE YOUR LIFE IN SUCH A WAY THATWHEN YOUR FEET HIT THE FLOOR IN THE MORNING,SATAN SHUDDERS AND SAYS ” OH CRAP….SHE’S AWAKE.”

Love ‘em both! You stay in my prayers, Robindear. (one word, no mistake.)
Love it. Unfortunately, your Michigan weather seems to be making its way to the East Coast this year. Buuurrrrrr.
Um, thanks. I have that poem laminated and hanging on the wall in my cube…
More flurries today… you have fun with them, k?
BRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!
I can relate to your Michigan weather living in PA for now. I like the strong woman motto. I need to drill that into my mantra!
